Would you like to try Nordic walking in the beautiful surroundings of Kingston Lacy? Dorset Council run weekly walks every Tuesday at 10am that last an hour.
These one-hour walks are designed to help you improve your fitness levels and get noticeable results. Combining technique, gradients and terrain these sessions will help develop your fitness and endurance and help improve balance and strength. The workout is generally a more strenuous walk than the wellness walk.
You can join straight away if you have completed a Get into Nordic Walking session or call Dorset Council to come along to book one if you have not done it before. Telephone 01425 480811
